Orders and prices

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• We may call or message you to confirm your order before dispatch. We may cancel orders we cannot confirm, or where stock is unavailable or a price was displayed in error.

Delivery

• We deliver all over Bangladesh. Delivery is free unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and courier. Estimated time: [to confirm].
• Please give a correct address and a reachable phone number. Orders that cannot be delivered because of wrong details may be cancelled.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery. Please pay the courier the full order amount when you receive your parcel.

Checking your parcel, returns and replacements

Warranty

• VlogMate PRO comes with a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse or unauthorised repairs.

Compatibility

VlogMate PRO works with iPhone 17 and earlier and with Android phones over Bluetooth and WiFi. It is not compatible with Google Pixel phones. Please check compatibility before ordering.

Coupons

Coupon codes are valid only for the period and terms announced, cannot be exchanged for cash, and one coupon may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
